We recently stayed for two nights at this charming hotel to celebrate my birthday with friends. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome right from the start. Our spacious room was well-appointed with beautiful views, and the spa facilities, including the large pool and sauna, were fantastic. Dining was a highlight, with delicious meals and a flexible approach to dietary needs. The well-maintained grounds provided a perfect backdrop for relaxing walks.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location in local area, adjacent to the main restaurant which was a nice stroll, beach and Whitby and the nearby the seaside. Plentiful and lovely breakfast for all tastes with yoghurt and juices, for instance.

The king-size bed was comfortable, allowing me to unwind completely after a day of exploring. The ambient sounds of nature added to the charm, making my experience nice.
A minor downside was the lack of adequate closet space for my clothes, which made it a bit challenging to organize.

I had a lovely two-night stay at the hotel, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the gardens and river. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the coast, and the staff were warm and cute throughout our visit.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of choices.

The quality of the Hall. Attention to detail ensuring the guests quality of stay. Friendliness and approach of both management and staff.
The Hall experienced some teething troubles due to the fact it had only been open for two weeks. These troubles were sorted by the hotel and we feel sure will be ironed out with experience.
